What you'll be doing

Coordinate personnel and motivate teams to ensure finished products meet GMP requirements and production schedules
Troubleshoot equipment and process problems; coordinate maintenance tickets and implement corrective actions
Lead on-the-job training programs, safety initiatives, and lean manufacturing implementation as subject matter expert
Manage SAP data entry and communicate production, quality, and safety issues to leadership
