Role summary
Senior Finance Manager responsible for financial oversight of GenMed operations, manufacturing plants, and research and development activities at Cytiva. Reports to the CFO and manages financial reporting, inventory analysis, capital expenditure governance, and process improvements across multiple sites.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or equivalent
- 5+ years progressive financial experience in budget, forecast, and business analysis at large organizations
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with proficiency in Oracle, OneStream, QlikSense or similar systems
- Strong analytical and technical finance skills with ability to interpret large datasets for senior leadership
- Demonstrated leadership and business partnering competencies with proven communication abilities
- Flexibility, attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong sense of accountability and urgency
What you'll be doing
- Establish standard work and governance for plant finance teams in Switzerland and Canada focusing on key performance metrics
- Own inventory reporting including turns calculations, variance analysis, forecasting, and budget planning processes
- Manage capital expenditure governance and coordination across GenMed sites and functions
- Lead operations finance process improvements and support plant controllers in enhancing their processes
- Provide financial oversight of R&D expenditure, business cases, and return on investment analysis
