Fluent English communication skills, verbal and written
Strong organizational and attention to detail in critical tasks

What you'll be doing

Process regular and urgent international payment requests in timely manner across AP functions
Complete accounts payable tasks including rejected payments, direct debits, and refund reconciliation
Manage customer requests and resolve payment-related issues and discrepancies
Generate payment reports, analyze data, and identify performance problems
Attend internal meetings to provide updates on payment statuses and respond to ad hoc requests
