Role summary
Abbott seeks a senior supply planning specialist to lead digital supply chain initiatives and planning process improvements across the organization. - Develop and maintain supply planning processes and standard work documentation across the organization
- Lead operational improvement projects focused on planning effectiveness, ERP capabilities, and inventory performance
- Train and coach planning and purchasing personnel on digital tools, processes, and best practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow, information systems, and automation opportunities
