Demonstrated expertise negotiating and managing sophisticated 3PL and carrier contracts
International team leadership across time zones, cultures, and multiple employment structures
Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate operational impact

Shape and execute enterprise logistics strategies across company-run and 3PL distribution centers aligned with business growth
Lead large, complex distribution operations managing 10,000+ SKUs with sustained service and workforce productivity gains
Provide strategic oversight of global transportation operations including inbound, outbound, international, and intercompany logistics
Champion continuous improvement culture, standardizing processes, metrics, and best practices across global network
Manage 3PL and carrier performance while driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and digital transformation
