What you'll be doing

Define and lead enterprise-wide epidemiology and RWE strategy aligned with corporate objectives
Establish functional governance including methodological standards and evidence quality expectations
Translate RWE strategy into portfolio-level evidence plans supporting development and lifecycle management
Lead, coach, and develop Directors, Managers, and senior scientific staff with succession planning
Partner with R&D to integrate RWE into Phase 3 trials and late-stage development programs
