Role summary
Amgen seeks a Senior Digital Product Manager to design and scale technology platforms, AI tools, and workflows supporting modern product development practices. This individual contributor role focuses on evaluating systems, managing adoption, and enabling product teams across the organization's digital transformation initiatives while reporting to the Director of Product Operations.

- Develop AI-assisted and AI-led product development lifecycle capabilities and improvements
- Lead adoption support including pilots, training, and feedback loops for selected tools and workflows
- Embed with product teams as coach to improve practices and accelerate digital product operating model adoption
