Role summary
This senior-level individual contributor role embeds with digital product teams across Amgen to advance adoption of the Digital Product Operating Model. The position combines hands-on product leadership with coaching, helping teams shift from output to outcome-focused delivery while strengthening core product management capabilities. The role reports to the Director of Product Management Catalysts and works across cross-functional teams including business, technology, design, and engineering.

- Skills in OKR/KPI definition, roadmap development, and discovery practices
What you'll be doing
- Embed with product teams to accelerate adoption of Digital Product Operating Model practices
- Coach Digital Product Managers on core skills including strategy, discovery, prioritization, and outcome measurement
- Help teams define business problems, establish measurable outcomes, and improve product roadmaps
- Identify capability gaps and adoption barriers; support teams in building sustainable product habits
- Capture learnings from engagements and contribute insights to improve DPOM playbooks and tools
