Role summary
Senior individual contributor role responsible for scaling Amgen's Digital Product Operating Model through creation and maintenance of playbooks, training materials, and practical guidance. Will develop enterprise-ready standards, templates, and enablement resources to help product teams consistently adopt product management practices.

- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in digital product management or related experience
- Deep understanding of product management practices including strategy, roadmaps, OKRs, and discovery
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical guidance and reusable tools
- Experience creating playbooks, frameworks, training content, or workshops for enterprise teams
- Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills with cross-functional audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to simplify complex topics
- Experience with content organization, version control, and knowledge management
What you'll be doing
- Own, maintain, and continuously improve DPOM playbook content and product management standards
- Create templates, self-serve guides, examples, and accelerator workshop materials for team adoption
- Design and facilitate formal training sessions and enablement experiences for cross-functional teams
- Partner with Product Management Catalysts to convert field learnings into reusable enterprise assets
- Manage version control, distribution, and socialization of DPOM materials across the organization
