What you'll be doing

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions meeting business requirements and best practices
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with estimates, timelines, and deliverables
Configure and support HRSD capabilities including Employee Center Pro, case management, lifecycle events, and integrations
Support integration and optimization of Moveworks with ServiceNow HRSD workflows and knowledge content
Conduct testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and provide maintenance support for existing HRSD solutions
