What you'll be doing
- Conduct on-site and remote monitoring using risk-based approaches and root cause analysis
- Ensure data accuracy through SDR, SDV, and CRF reviews; assess investigational product inventory
- Provide trial status updates and progress reports to Clinical Team Manager; maintain CTMS documentation
- Initiate investigator sites, conduct meetings, identify qualified sites, and manage trial closeout
- Maintain essential documents compliance per ICH-GCP and regulatory standards
