Role summary
Senior Business System Engineer sought to design and develop automated solutions addressing moderately complex business problems. Will provide technical expertise in system evaluation, configuration, testing, and specification development while collaborating across quality assurance, ERP, database, and operations teams in an agile environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of .NET development experience in team environments
- 2+ years working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in prompt engineering for AI-assisted development
- Experience with RESTful/web APIs design and integration
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
- Version control systems experience (SVN or Git)
What you'll be doing
- Design, build, test, and document .NET and SharePoint solutions end-to-end
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and development effort estimates
- Lead unit testing, code reviews, and coordinate integration/regression testing with QA
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
- Mentor junior developers and provide Level-2/Level-3 escalation support for technical issues
