The Global Customer Capabilities & Innovation team seeks a Senior Associate to manage web strategy and operations initiatives. What you'll be doing

Lead coordination and execution of cross-functional web projects with tracking of timelines, resources, and budgets
Support quarterly portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance frameworks for web initiatives
Oversee project health by monitoring delivery progress, risks, issues, and change impacts
Analyze web traffic, user behavior, and SEO metrics to track KPIs and inform operational reviews
Conduct functional testing and ensure adherence to agile processes and quality standards
