4+ years professional software development and system design experience
2+ years building and deploying generative AI applications, Assistants, or Custom GPTs in production
2+ years designing and building cloud-native solutions, preferably AWS with Bedrock, Lambda, EKS
2+ years hands-on experience with vector databases, embedding models, and RAG pipelines
2+ years building modern web applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js with component-driven architecture
Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with GenAI libraries like LangChain and Hugging Face

What you'll be doing

Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered agents and Custom GPTs on enterprise platforms with RAG pipelines and prompt engineering
Build scalable RAG pipelines, integration layers, and event-driven orchestrations to connect systems and trigger agent workflows
Evaluate emerging AI models, platforms, and frameworks including OpenAI, Databricks, LangChain, and AWS services
Implement automated evaluation, monitoring, and testing for retrieval quality, response quality, safety, and cost
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into production solutions and provide technical enablement
