- Proficiency in SOQL, Apex, JavaScript, LWC, and Git; MuleSoft or AWS integration experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Serve as primary technical expert for Salesforce platform support across multiple environments
- Maintain and monitor production and non-production Salesforce instances for performance and stability
- Manage release processes including code integration, sandbox refreshes, deployment, and post-release support
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on security protocols, vulnerability response, and regulatory compliance
- Support enterprise integrations with AWS, MuleSoft, and third-party systems; ensure GxP compliance
