Role summary
Senior Associate supporting R&D supplier management and performance analytics at a biopharmaceutical organization. Responsible for SharePoint administration, supplier performance tracking, operational data management, and cross-functional coordination across global research teams.

- Lead supplier site refreshes, migrations, and standardization of information architecture and access controls
- Manage operational data collection, validation, and reporting for supplier metrics, purchase orders, and invoices
- Support digital workflow modernization including transition to Microsoft-based applications and survey tools
- Coordinate supplier interactions, meeting support, and cross-functional stakeholder communications
