Role summary
Amgen seeks a Senior Associate SAP Analyst to provide Level 2/3 support for SAP serialization and TraceLink integration across pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, system stability, and seamless data exchange between SAP and external serialization platforms.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM with 3–6 years SAP ATTP/SD/logistics experience, or diploma with 5–8 years IT experience
- 8+ years total SAP experience with 3+ years in SAP ATTP/Serialization modules
- Hands-on experience with TraceLink integration and operational support
- Strong knowledge of EPCIS, serial number lifecycle, and pharmaceutical compliance standards (DSCSA, EU FMD)
- Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and related serialization processes
- SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution certification preferred; Agile certification preferred
What you'll be doing
- Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP ATTP and TraceLink serialization incidents and service requests
- Monitor and troubleshoot IDocs, RFC connections, web services, background jobs, and batch processing failures
- Troubleshoot SAP–TraceLink interface failures and validate data consistency between systems
- Support regulatory reporting, change control, transport documentation, and system validation activities
- Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression) and assist with production deployments
