Role summary
Amgen seeks a Senior Associate in Marketing Operations to develop and manage educational materials for drug delivery devices across product lifecycles. The role focuses on creating patient and healthcare provider resources while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for campaign execution on schedule and within scope
- Track and analyze campaign KPIs, generating monthly metrics dashboards with optimization recommendations
- Oversee external agency and vendor relationships to ensure quality deliverables and timeline adherence
- Manage material updates due to product label changes and continuous improvement initiatives
