Role summary

Senior Associate responsible for creating, validating, and managing digital assets and metadata within Amgen's global DAM platform. This role ensures data integrity, asset governance, and cross-system synchronization for marketing content while supporting stakeholder collaboration across brands and regions.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in global or matrixed environments
Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing materials and regulatory compliance standards (preferred)
Experience with metadata taxonomies and content tagging frameworks (preferred)

What you'll be doing

Create, validate, and maintain Key Messages, Adoption Ladder & Barrier frameworks, and metadata within platforms
Tag digital assets with appropriate metadata attributes and maintain governance standards for taxonomy accuracy
Locate, retrieve, and manage native source files and high-resolution imagery from Veeva and legacy systems
Partner with Brand, Content Production, and stakeholders to align on asset workflows and data integrity
Troubleshoot system and data errors in collaboration with DevOps and CRM teams
