Role summary
Senior Associate supporting benefits administration and compliance across EMEA regions. Manages day-to-day plan operations, vendor relationships, statutory requirements, and employee communications for diverse benefit programs across multiple countries.

What you'll be doing
- Administer EMEA benefit plans including health, pension, life assurance, and wellness programs
- Manage enrollments, life-event changes, terminations, and system updates in Workday
- Partner with vendors on SLA compliance, reconciliations, renewals, and new implementations
- Ensure benefits align with EMEA statutory requirements and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Support benefits communications, employee onboarding, and Open Enrollment planning
