- Develop, analyze, and implement production plans aligned with customer demand, inventory targets, and manufacturing capacity constraints
- Collaborate with production supervisors and value stream leaders to ensure timely execution and master production plan achievement
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels for assigned product families to meet targets while minimizing backorders and excess stock
- Serve as liaison between production and demand planning regarding schedule changes, constraints, and supply risks
- Drive performance of key planning metrics including plan attainment, efficiency, productivity, and customer service levels
