What you'll be doing
- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely with verification of documentation, approvals, and accounting entries
- Analyze and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies, managing escalated cases involving pricing or master data issues
- Serve as primary contact for vendor inquiries regarding invoice status, payments, and dispute resolution
- Use ERP systems to process transactions, investigate issues, and maintain knowledge of P2P processes and controls
- Support team onboarding, training, knowledge transfer, and contribute to process improvement initiatives
