Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail

What you'll be doing

Establish and standardize cryo-microscopy workflow for real-time imaging of stem cell-derived islets during preservation cycles
Design and execute cryopreservation studies with different cryoprotective formulations and document morphological responses
Develop computational modeling framework correlating cryoprotective agent diffusion kinetics with process parameters
Integrate experimental and computational results to characterize preservation effectiveness and optimize formulations
Maintain detailed laboratory records and author technical summaries and protocols in electronic notebooks
