Role summary

- Ability to design and analyze experiments for analytical assay development
What you'll be doing
- Perform RNA sequencing for modification analysis and isoform characterization in stem cell derivatives
- Conduct plasmid integration and whole genome sequencing analysis for monoclonal antibody cell line assessment
- Execute direct RNA sequencing to verify antibody sequences and support variant detection
- Analyze mRNA integrity and polyA tail features using long-read sequencing technologies
- Present experimental findings and large dataset results using statistical approaches
Compensation$35.00–$50.00 USD/hour
