- Clinical laboratory experience preferred; 2+ years people leadership experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and lead specimen accessioners in daily laboratory operations and procedures
- Prepare specimens for analysis and oversee routing to appropriate processing areas
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy of work
- Investigate and resolve production errors, escalating as necessary to management
- Enforce policies and procedures while driving continuous process improvements
Compensation$18.00-$26.00 per hour
