What you'll be doing
- Prepare, triage, identify, label, and accurately process biological specimens for analysis
- Resolve internal and external customer requests via phone, email, and messaging
- Review test forms for accuracy and report discrepancies to appropriate personnel
- Pack, ship, and store specimen samples according to laboratory procedures
- Research complex issues in multiple databases and provide customer education
Compensation$17.75 per hour plus shift differential
