Role summary
Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative for its Cleveland-area cardiovascular territory. - Preferred: Product or hospital sales experience in cardiovascular, oncology, nephrology, or related therapeutic areas
- Preferred: Local market knowledge and established territory relationships
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration
What you'll be doing
- Communicate clinical benefits of Amgen cardiovascular products to medical professionals and drive appropriate product utilization
- Achieve territory sales targets through branded messaging, educational programs, and in-person and virtual engagement
- Build and manage customer accounts by addressing needs, resolving reimbursement issues, and maintaining product contracts
- Analyze sales activities and territory performance; develop territory plans with District Manager
- Share best practices with colleagues and demonstrate sustained passion for patient impact throughout sales cycle
