Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Manage assigned accounts including reporting, kit ordering, TAT monitoring, lab issue resolution, and portal requests (75% of role)
- Execute sales operations for new practice onboarding including kit shipping and portal setup coordination
- Conduct cold outreach to low-volume and prospective clients to generate leads for Strategic Account Directors
- Secure 5 quality appointments monthly with target accounts in defined groups
- Train existing clients on new product lines and facilitate order submissions for service expansion
Compensation$70,000-$85,000 base salary plus commission
