What you'll be doing
- Manage client loans including SAP processing, delivery tracking, returns, billing, and exception requests
- Monitor client and commercial relationships with proactive communication on transport issues or stock problems
- Execute administrative tasks such as electronic archiving, quote creation, follow-ups, and duplicates
- Coordinate logistics for implant, bulk material, and instrumentation pickups
- Support internal teams through cross-departmental communication and order desk assistance
