What you'll be doing

Lead and support HR Operations projects across Europe through planning, execution, and implementation phases

Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, IT, and other functions on operational and strategic initiatives
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, documentation, and governance frameworks
Identify and implement technology and automation solutions to improve HR processes and employee experience
