What you'll be doing

Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile practices, and servant leadership behaviors
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Refinements, and Retrospectives
Identify, track, and facilitate removal of team and organizational blockers and dependencies
Monitor Sprint health, team velocity, predictability, and flow metrics for continuous improvement
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align delivery objectives and maintain backlog health
