- Proficiency with agile tools including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align
- Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master or Certified SAFe RTE (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Lead and facilitate agile events including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Advise on Scaled Agile Framework events and ensure adherence to SAFe practices across teams
- Identify, escalate, and manage risks and dependencies to ensure timely resolution
- Monitor progress and maintain transparency on team and Agile Release Train objectives
- Foster continuous improvement culture and mentor Release Train Engineers and Product Management teams
