Role summary
Amgen seeks a SAP specialist architect to design and optimize Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP) and warehouse management solutions across global pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and system integration across supply chain partners.
What they're looking for
- Doctorate in computer science/STEM, OR Master's + 4-6 years SAP ATTP/WM/EWM/SRM experience, OR Bachelor's + 6-8 years, OR Diploma + 10-12 years
- 1-2 end-to-end S/4 EWM and/or ATTP implementations with hands-on configuration and customization experience
- Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical serialization regulations (EU FMD, DSCSA, Russia, Brazil) and global compliance frameworks
- Expertise in SAP WM/SRM/EWM design, materials management, warehouse operations, and integration with PP, QM, SD modules
- Understanding of BAPI/Function Module testing and ABAP debugging capabilities
- SAP Certified Application Associate in S/4 Hana Sales and Distribution; Agile Certified Practitioner preferred
What you'll be doing
- Design SAP ATTP solutions aligned with pharmaceutical serialization and regulatory compliance requirements across markets
- Architect, design, and optimize SAP EWM/WM solutions for global manufacturing, packaging, and distribution networks
- Define solution architecture, integration points, and data flows between SAP systems, contract partners, and warehouse automation
- Drive solution delivery including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support across multiple deployment phases
- Provide technical leadership to internal and external teams; oversee system validation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
