Role summary

- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilities
- Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulations in biopharmaceuticals or cell therapy manufacturing
- Ability to work multiple shift schedules in pharmaceutical cleanroom environments
What you'll be doing
- Provide real-time quality oversight of manufacturing, labs, label operations, and supply chain activities
- Identify procedural departures and escalate complex issues while resolving routine concerns independently
- Review and verify batch records, deviation records, and manufacturing documents for compliance
- Conduct area walkthroughs to identify quality issues and support implementation of remediation plans
- Serve as Authorized Person for product certification and release where required by market regulations
Compensation$34.92 - $42.32 per hour
