Role summary

This role manages clinical trial proposals and client service functions for a global CRO. The specialist coordinates RFPs and RFIs, develops budgets, prepares contracts, and mentors junior staff while working cross-functionally across clinical and operational teams.

2-4 years of proposal and budget preparation experience in clinical trial CRO environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of early-phase study designs including NHV and multi-site studies
Strong organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills with budget development expertise
Excellent written and verbal communication with negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

What you'll be doing

Manage complete RFP and RFI process from receipt through final delivery and invoicing
Develop complex budget tools and client grids while reviewing protocols for accuracy
Collaborate with Account Directors and operational teams to refine proposal scope and integrate solutions
Prepare work order contracts including Task Matrix and vendor information per MSA guidelines
Mentor and support less experienced proposal associates

Compensation$54,500-$107,500 annually
