- Lead medium-to-large digital, automation, data, analytics, and AI initiatives across multiple departments
- Translate business needs into system requirements, user stories, and measurable success criteria
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional team delivery
- Drive adoption of digital platforms, automation, dashboards, and analytics solutions
- Ensure solutions comply with technology, cybersecurity, GxP, and data integrity requirements
