Role summary
Amgen seeks a Specialist IS Analyst in Hyderabad to support the Electronic Lab Notebook and Instrument Data Acquisition Platform. - SAFe for Teams certification preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead enterprise application testing and CSV/CSA validation activities for ELN and data acquisition systems
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 application support, managing incidents, releases, upgrades, and patch deployments
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain architecture and deployment documentation
- Collaborate with product, quality, and business teams on system enhancements and continuous platform optimization
- Drive process improvements and leverage AI/automation tools to streamline testing and support workflows
