Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Design and develop instructor-led training, eLearning modules, and job aids aligned with regulatory and business requirements
- Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to assess training needs and recommend targeted solutions
- Execute LMS and curriculum management activities including training assignments and deployment support
- Evaluate training effectiveness using data and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
- Manage multiple priorities and provide flexible support including off-shift coverage as needed
