What you'll be doing

Serve as primary liaison for clinical trial participant screening, enrollment, and coordination across multiple studies
Coordinate all aspects of sample collection and cell journey including apheresis, shipping, processing, manufacturing, and product return
Proactively communicate with site staff, vendors, and manufacturing to schedule activities and ensure adherence to processes
Identify potential study risks and implement solutions; prepare metrics and updates for management
Lead internal team meetings, provide training at investigator meetings, and work with contract research organizations on timelines
