Role summary
Singular Genomics seeks an Associate to support operation of the G4X Spatial Sequencer, a tissue-based sequencing platform. The role involves preparing customer samples, executing immunoassay experiments, performing instrument maintenance, and analyzing sequencing data. Candidates should have experience with molecular biology techniques, next-generation sequencing, and fluorescence-based assays.

- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, or 5 years equivalent laboratory experience
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques including nucleic acid handling and library preparation
- Expert-level knowledge of immunoassays such as IHC, IF, and ISH
- Experience with fluorescence microscopy-based assays and multiplexed workflow design
- Familiarity with next-generation sequencing instrumentation and tissue sample handling
What you'll be doing
- Operate G4X spatial sequencer daily, including sample preparation, consumable loading, and run programming
- Execute immunofluorescence and IHC experiments to validate antibody performance across tissue types
- Perform primary analysis of sequencing run data and review quality metrics
- Support antibody validation and spatial biology workflow optimization for product launch readiness
- Manage consumable inventory, scheduling, forecasting, and maintain documentation records
