- Support manufacturing floor operations and troubleshoot software, server, and system-level issues in production and NPI development
- Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases; execute functional, integration, system, and regression tests on sequencing instruments
- Perform exploratory testing to identify defects, unexpected behaviors, and system-level risks
- Investigate defects and perform root-cause analysis collaborating with software, firmware, hardware, and manufacturing teams
- Participate in requirements, design, and planning activities to identify risks and strengthen verification strategy
