Role summary
Amgen seeks a Software Development Engineer to provide technical support for Salesforce platform environments within the Global Supply Chain domain. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Salesforce configuration capabilities
What you'll be doing
- Provide day-to-day technical support for Salesforce production and non-production environments
- Develop and maintain configured solutions, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
- Support MuleSoft integrations, monitor APIs, troubleshoot connectivity and data flow issues
- Resolve support tickets and defects with timely stakeholder communication and updates
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, peer reviews, and collaborate with security and compliance teams
