Role summary
Eurofins seeks a SOC Reporter to interpret DNA profiling results and deliver investigative intelligence reports to police forces. This full-time role at Birchwood Park involves data entry, result interpretation, and quality assurance within a forensic laboratory setting, with Monday-Friday scheduling plus one weekend per four-week cycle.

What you'll be doing
- Interpret DNA profiling results and generate timely reports to customers
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain operational workflow standards
- Execute National DNA Database integrity checks and quality assurance procedures
- Document all work contemporaneously with appropriate sign-off and maintain training logs
- Communicate progress and escalate issues to Production Supervisor and management
