Role summary
Danaher seeks a Security Operations Center Analyst (Shift Lead) to monitor, investigate, and respond to enterprise security events in a 24/7 shift environment. The role combines hands-on incident detection with team leadership responsibilities, operating on a hybrid model in Kraków.

- 2+ years IT Operations and/or Security Operations experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities across teams
- Solid understanding of security principles and common attack types
- Experience with SIEM/SOAR, EDR, IPS, WAF, or threat intelligence platforms preferred
- Prior SOC, NOC, Incident Response, or Security Engineering collaboration experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Monitor, triage, and investigate cybersecurity events including phishing, malware, and brand alerts
- Lead shift operations ensuring consistent monitoring, investigation, and incident-handling execution
- Escalate incidents to higher tiers following defined procedures and documentation
- Support, mentor, and reinforce team standards across shift crew members
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and incident response teams on containment activities
