Role summary
Senior Manager or Associate Director leading the European Health Data Space data cataloguing initiative within Johnson & Johnson's Clinical Data Transparency business. This role manages the identification, classification, and maintenance of in-scope health data across multiple geographies, ensuring compliance with EHDS standards and metadata requirements.

What you'll be doing
- Lead EHDS Data Inventory and Cataloguing workstream and coordinate data owners to identify in-scope datasets
- Establish and maintain complete inventory of in-scope data with ownership, classification, characteristics, and dependencies
- Apply and maintain classification approach against EHDS secondary-use data categories and requirements
- Develop metadata standards, decision frameworks, guidance, and controls for consistent cataloging across functions
- Drive quality reviews and completeness assessments of inventory, coordinate remediation with data owners
