Role summary
ICON seeks a senior HR advisor to manage absence cases and coordinate return-to-work processes for employees in the Netherlands. What you'll be doing
- Manage end-to-end absence cases from short-term to long-term disability and reintegration
- Coach managers on absence-related challenges and return-to-work strategies
- Guide employees through recovery and reintegration with empathy and decisiveness
- Collaborate with occupational health physicians, labour experts, and external providers
- Identify absence trends and recommend preventive employability initiatives
