What you'll be doing
- Lead negotiation, execution, and management of Clinical Trial Agreements and site budgets with investigative sites
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Project Management teams to support timely site activation
- Review and evaluate client-requested contract changes, assess deviations, and apply departmental guidelines
- Manage multiple contracts simultaneously while prioritizing and adapting to shifting timelines and business needs
- Mentor junior Contract Associates and identify process improvement opportunities
