- Design operational governance, service indicators, SLAs, and support boundaries across teams and stakeholders
- Lead business-continuity and disaster-recovery planning with testing and remediation tracking
- Operate secure, scalable AWS infrastructure with infrastructure-as-code, observability improvements, and cost optimization
- Participate in on-call rotation, incident response, and blameless post-incident reviews to improve reliability
