- Fluent English (oral and written); additional languages advantageous
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with study sites and clients
What you'll be doing
- Compile data from multiple sources and process payments to investigative sites per contracts and procedures
- Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations affecting payment authorization and timelines
- Build and maintain relationships with study sites; resolve payment-related escalations and findings
- Train study teams on site payment processes and manage investigator payments in financial systems
- Perform study reconciliations, budget entry, and maintain investigator funds tracking
