Role summary
IQVIA seeks a Site Manager to oversee clinical trial operations at an on-site location. The role involves managing study teams, coordinating patient recruitment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising multiple concurrent trials across therapeutic areas.

What you'll be doing
- Oversee assigned site operations; train staff and providers; serve as point of contact for operations leadership
- Coordinate enrollment and revenue strategies across multiple studies; develop and implement patient recruitment plans
- Serve as primary CRC on six or more medium-to-high complexity studies; back-up CRC support as needed
- Perform quality control on source documentation and regulatory materials; coordinate with Quality Assurance on process improvements
- Manage participant scheduling, informed consent, adverse event reporting, specimen handling, and study visit coordination
